From 30th May 2025 we will no longer be accepting paper prescription requests, unless you are over 75 years old or have an exceptional reason.
Please use the NHS App to request your repeat prescriptions as this is the easiest and fastest way for both you and the surgery. You can access the NHS App website on a computer or download it right now on a smart phone by visiting the App store or Google play.
